Online Incorporation of Companies within 24 hours

MCA vide Circular No. 49/2011 dated 23rd July, 2011 is proposing online incorporation of the Companies within 24 hours if the incorporation application is certified by a practicing professional regarding the correctness of the information and is likely to be implemented with effect from 11th August, 2011.
