About MCA Mandate:

In phase I, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has mandated following class of Companies to file Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Account alongwith Directors’ and Auditors’ Report for the year 2010-11 onwards by using XBRL taxonomy:

  1. All listed companies and their Indian subsidiaries
  2. All companies with a paid up capital >Rs. 5 crore
  3. All companies with a turnover >Rs. 100 crore

It excludes companies in financial services sector and power companies.

The above class of companies are given time upto 30th November, 2011 or 60 days from the date of event, whichever is later, for filing annual documents without any levy of additional fee.

Scope of our Services:

We have the required software and  a trained and dedicated team for XBRL Conversion and Filing Services for our clients.  Our scope involves:

  • Analysis of  the documents
  • Mapping & Tagging
  • Review Mapping
  • Creating instance documents
  • validatation of  instance documents
  • Fill, Certify and upload e-forms 23AC & ACA

In a nutshell, all you need to do is just give us your financial statements in the Excel format, and we will undertake the complete process as listed above  upto the uploading of relevant e-Forms with MCA.
