Revision of Listing Fee

Vide its circular dated March 1, 2017 BSE has revised its Annual Listing Fees to be paid by the listed entities for listing of its securities on the Exchange. The new Annual Listing Fees shall be effective from April 1, 2017.

Now, the minimum annual listing fees will be Rs. 2,50,000 for the companies having listed capital upto 100 Crores.

Earlier the minimum annual listing fees was Rs. 2,00,000 for the companies having listed capital upto 150 Crores.

The revise schedule of Annual Listing Fees from FY17-18 is given below:

Above 500 to 1000 Rs.6,05,000/- and an additional listing fees of Rs. 3,530/- for every increase of Rs.5 crores or part thereof above 500 crore in the paid up share capital
Above 1000 to 2000 Rs.9,90,000/– and an additional listing fees of Rs. 3,930/- for every increase of Rs.5 crores or part thereof above 1,000 crore in the paid up share capital.
Above 2000 to 3000 Rs.10,00,000/- and an additional listing fees of Rs. 4,270/– for every increase of Rs.5 crores or part thereof above 1,000 crore in the paid up share capital.
Above 3000 Rs.10,20,000/- and an additional listing fees of Rs. 3910/- for every increase of Rs.5 crores or part thereof above 1,000 crore in the paid up share capital.

*Plus Applicable Service Taxes 

Note:

  1. The capital to be considered for the above schedule Includes equity shares, preference shares, Indian Depository Receipts, Fully convertible debentures, partly convertible debentures and any  other security convertible into equity shares
  2. In case of debenture capital (not convertible into equity shares) listed prior to April 1, 2017, the fees applicable will be 75% of the above fees
  3. Fees are applicable for the full year.
