Pls note as per amended Clause 41 of Listing agreement (SEBI Circular dated 5th Oct 2011), Limited Review Report has to be submitted along with unaudited financial results from Dec 2011 quarter onwards. It mean there should not be any gap between announcement of results and LRR submission.
