Rectification of Register of Charges

MCA vide Circular No.51/2011 dated 25th July, 2011 proposes to shift the jurisdiction of the Company Law Board to the Central Government (power
delegated to the respective Registrar of Companies) with effect from 24th September, 2011 in regard to rectification of register of charges under section 141 of the Companies Act, 1956.
