Scheme of arrangement/amalgamation

MCA vide Circular No. 53/2011 dated 26th July, 2011
has issued guidelines for the issues to be examined by the Regional Director’s/Registrar of  Companies in the matter of scheme of arrangement/amalgamation under section 391-394 along with the timelines for strict compliance.
