SEBI vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/18 dated 10th September, 2015, has amended the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 regarding Anchor Investors as follows:
“in case of allocation above Rs.250 crore; a minimum of 5 such investors and a maximum of 15 such investors for allocation upto Rs.250 crore and an additional 10 such investors for every additional Rs.250 crore or part thereof, shall be permitted, subject to a minimum allotment of Rs.5 crore per such investor”
The said notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be applicable to issuers filing offer documents with the Registrar of Companies on or after the date of commencement of these regulations.

2) Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Procedure For Search And Seizure) Repeal Regulations, 2015:
SEBI vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/020 dated September 17, 2015, has issued the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Procedure for Search and Seizure) Repeal Regulations, 2015.
On and from commencement of these regulations, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Procedure for Search and Seizure) Regulations, 2014 shall stand repealed.

SEBI vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/021, dated 18th September, 2015, amended the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 as follows:
- the Regulations 2, in sub-regulation (1), clause (f) – in relation to definition of employee
- regulation 3, in sub-regulation (13) – in relation to implementation of the schemes through trust
- regulation 6, in sub-regulation (3), clause (c), – in relation to shareholders’ approval
- regulation 31, in sub-regulation (2), in its clause (b) – in relation to repeals and savings
