Simplified Procedure for amalgamation of Government Companies

The  Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide circular No. 16/2011 dated 20th April, 2011 issued detailed guidelines simplifying the procedures to be adopted for the amalgamation of Government Companies under section 396 of the Companies Act, 1956
