- Relaxation of additional Fees and extension in last date in filing of various e-forms with MCA.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (hereinafter referred to as “MCA”) has in continuation to its General Circular no: 03/2013, dated 08th February, 2013 and General Circular no: 07/2013, dated 20th March, 2013 has issued General Circular No. 08/2013 dated 10th April, 2013 extending the time limit till for filing and relaxation of additional fee on various forms until 15th April, 2013. It is clarified that fee payable for forms on or till 16th January, 2013 will remain payable along with additional fee and relaxation of additional fee will be considered on forms on or after 17th January, 2013. Other terms and conditions of the General circular 03/2013 will remain same.
